It should reappear in the next few days. From time to time they remove it from a persons profile until they revet you. They do it on a monthly basis.

So Temp loan is back, BUT...

Now I cant seem to decrease the amount I want to take out :/

I tick all the boxes, and click accept, then the page says "please click recalculate" under the "choose amount" tab. Its not allowing me to select R300, and it keeps it to the default maximum.

Anyone else experience this?

If you are doing it from the website, try doing it from the app and vice versa.

Waht do you mean, for March spend? They still busy calculating for March aren;t they?
Yeah, march spend. I can see that I only received 14k RL points for March, not including the 100% CC spend. So I'm assuming they've already done the calculation

Where are you seeing this, because the bottom right of the historical data is always one month out of sync, so 'Mar 16' is actually February 2016.

On the top right are you seeing 'Here's what you did in February 2016' or 'Here's what you did in March 2016' ?

Ahh I see. At the top right, in 'My ebucks Discount & Reward Level' I see, "Here's what you did in Feb 16".

But on the left side, the calendar type thing shows March 16, so that's why I'm confused

Yes, so looking at mine: Top left is Feb 16, bottom right says Mar 16 and top right refers to February 2016. They all refer to activity in Feb 2016 however. Totally doff and I wonder sometimes how the developers at eBucks think. Probably the same devs as Discovery

We need a new thread every year on rule change, with FAQ in OP - we have the same questions over and over.

Would be a smart move.
It is impossible to go through 480+ pages to find what you are looking for.

On that note :p
I shopped at Dischem last weekend, and spent quite a bit of cash. The cashier said they are having a problem with the eBucks network, so she could not swipe my card, but she wrote my card number on a copy of the till slip and put it in the cash register to hopefully process when it came back on.

How long does it normally take for eBucks from Dischem to reflect? I usually do not take notice as the card always works and the points come in eventually.

If no points come through, do I send eBucks a copy of the slip?

Sorry, no idea - my nearest Dischem is 100km away :p.

Hi everyone, i only recently started to look into my reward level, i was on level 3 and got dropped to level 2 last month.
a few questions....i am reading a lot about makro vouchers....can someone explain?
is it worth it for me to reduce my credit card ,credit ,and have an overdraft ?
move my home loan to FNB (is it going to be a lot of trouble?)?

I think you need to supply more detail. Maybe take a screen shot of your eBucks calculator and include account type, cc type etc.

Maybe we need a template for these types of questions :)?

I am on a premier account.
I was just thinking, if i have a R20,000 limit on my credit card, just for example, i can reduce it by R10000, get an overdraft and up my RL.
or am i going to lose points for a lower credit?
also i see people talking about pocket saver?
i see no mention of it on the calculator.....

It seems you can adjust the loan amount on the App. I'm just wondering whether you have considered the costs of the loan (13% initiation fee for me) though?

Thanks. I'll look into it.

Total cost amounts to R39 and it pushes me to lev5 every month. Benefits outweigh the cost.

Ordered a physical voucher off ebucks yesterday and it got delivered this morning.
Very impressed with the speed of delivery. (1 day vs up to 5 originally estimated)
