I've done 1 ATM withdrawal from by cheque card recently and it didn't damage my RL at all...
 
I got about 3k of which 1k was from International Credit Card use where I spent R10k more or less (was on holiday in Istanbul)

No idea how you peeps get so much :p lol
 
Got around eB13k this month. Not bad...

EDIT: But I see they didn't record my Overdraft facility which lost me 2,000 points and dropped to level 4.
 
Any advice when you forgot to check "earn ebucks" on takealot purchases ? Do any of you think I can contact EBucks ?
 
Between what dates the reward level is calculated?
made a few changes this week but i see they are not reflected.

I have a feeling that this is going to be a fight.
I went into overdraft on 27 March, which was a public holiday. I went out of overdraft on 29 March (28th was also a public holiday).
But all transactions are showing as having occurred on 29 March.
No doubt they will still try charge the interest though...

reward levels are calc'ed on a calendar month, same as your cheque/cc spend to determine eBucks due(or not)

So from the 1st till the last day of the month?
also, seems like i failed on the most basic,"Have you registered for inContact, signed up for marketing news from FNB/RMB Private Bank, updated your contact details and chosen to receive your statements electronically only?"

can someone please explain how to do it?
and do i need tick the sms notifications?

Your best bet would be to cancel the order and redo it again. eBucks Dept won't help as its from Takealot so I did have the same problem

Do you already have the item? If not ask Takealot to cancel the order (because you forgot) and reorder, I have done it a few times

Just pay the full amount owing (as specified on your ccard statement) on or before the payment due date. Why do you want to manually keep track of the amount swiped? And setup the auto-payment to do the same in case you forget to do the payment in time.

My fnbconnect account has not been performing like it should over the last week or three. Had to fork out some money for an alternative for the first time in months.
