International / Online, yep it counts.

Phones them and they say give it till the 12th as they have errors.

Done so, guy simply escalated the query regarding AVG spend and arrears issue. Investment account will only show next month as it was opened late last month. 500 points short of lv5 in that case, bah!

But I didn't get point for paying my Netflix account and that would've put me on RL5

But I didn't get point for paying my Netflix account and that would've put me on RL5

I also didn't get points or eBucks towards Netflix purchase. In fact I didn't get any eBucks for online or international purchase and they did not allocate any behavior points for those.

Checked now. "21000 pts - Reward level 5". This is as I calculated it would be a few weeks back so I'm satisfied

Did you get points for online and international purchases,if so what purchases qualified?
I also see I got more points for debit orders going off from account which I thought will get for 1-6 but got 1000 points for more than 6.
I think they now included the debit orders going off my credit card too and removed it from qualifying spend.I strongly feel so.
I paid some bills on Easypay for R800~ in October to get these points:
1500 points - Use your FNB Platinum Credit Card to pay for your online shopping.

I didn't make any international purchases.

I don't understand this new system I got 21000 ebucks on my statement and its says in on level 3 when I should be on level 5

Also a bit ticked off at the moment... No points for international yet I had Netflix and an Amazon.com purchase. And for some reason no points for using between 10% and 90% of my credit card, yet I made sure I didn't go over 90%... will check my statement to see what went on there. So I end up 1000 points short for L5,which with those two would have made it easy to get.

from level 4 to level 1 :(
they did not take into account that I did no branch transactions though

time to upgrade credit card to platinum :(

New rules means everyone has moved down a few levels. I moved from Level 5 to level 3, on private banking. Every year the eBucks rules become more restrictive.
Pretty soon eBucks will be just like all the other rewards programs out there. Even spending R70k on my credit card in a month only adds 2000 points.
I think it's time to say bye bye to eBucks & FNB and look at options such as Investec as the benefits have declined significantly.

As i understand it, in order to qualify for points on international purchases they needed to be physical POS transactions (the guide has swipes in bold which to me means card present). I think your guys netflix, amazon etc transactions will count as shopping online.

Took me 11 months to get to level 5, now I'm on level 3. Not much hope of getting to level 5 as I don't have a home loan, overdraft or anything like that.
