There is a certain amount that needs to be deposited into your account each month (salary?), so if you are on an account type that is seemingly above your means you will not qualify for ebucks. The amount varies depending on silver/gold/platinum etc

If your cheque account qualified to earn eBucks then most probably its that your credit card account was not in good standing.May be a missed minimum payment?

Am gonna upgrade credit card to platinum and see what I can do with the new rules.
Am really pissed off with the changes as I was comfortably on 5 knowing that 1 or 2 bad months would be fine. December and April are typically my worst months
It's been there for as long as I can remember (been with FNB for far too long, since my student days in 2004). Mine used to go off in August, which is when it was initially linked, and then later I unlinked it just before that fee was suppose to go off again.I don't recall seeing this annual linking fee in many years. Unless it's hidden / bundled with other annual charges.
I had similar issues likes yours before, I think its just a site issue not displaying correctly. I still got ebucks for my swipes. Think I called the call center once and they couldn't really explain...Will do. Was hoping someone here might have had a similar issue or that I was missing something.

I think its easier for me to hit level 5 for me on platinum assuming I understand some of the rules correctly.
I created an excel ebucks plat/gold calculator for whoever is keen to use. You just need to enter '1' for whatever you qualify for.
