Steve giving eBucks advise...
Your spending habits sound very similar to mine. In my case, because my earning of eBucks has always been via credit card, nothing has changed for me really. I am still on RL5 and i was awarded eB12,000 on 7 Nov. Last month (8 Oct) was just under eB10,000 but this is not indicative of anything really due to erratic spending patterns.Previous: RL5, earned between eB8000 and eB15000 depending on the month, my spending can swing from splurging to just buying what I need.

he finally jumped ship.Website has all the detailsHow are eBucks being calculated now?
YepHave they cleared the last years stuff?
month to monthI only see November now on my eBucks points. Are they still working on an annual total for eBucks or month to month?
Earning points to get to a high reward level has never been purely about spend amount. It's about changing your banking behaviour in a manner that favours the bank.
Being on Private Banking though means that the the hoops that need to be jumped through are much harder than if one were on Platinum or Gold. You need deep pockets for Private Banking and obviously the desire to jump through their eBucks Reward hoops.
Hard to comment without knowing what accounts you have and what your banking behaviour is, but yeah perhaps they are losing the plot with Private Clients! My biggest issue is my rewards level has dropped from 5 to 3 as they no longer take, my investments and multiple home loans into account to boost my rewards level. So whats the point of having 9+ accounts with FNB? I drop a fair amount of money with FNB on bank fees in a month across both my personal and business accounts. FNB helped me to structure my accounts to help with the ebucks and now they change the rules. Investec's rates are now looking a lot better as the financial gain I received from ebucks makes FNB much more expensive. FNb is shooting themselves in the foot by continuously eroding the eBucks benefits.
If you don't get something within the next working day, there could be an issue.Slightly off topic but still eBucks related.
I ordered some Kalahari vouchers from the eBucks store, but as of yet i've still to receive anything via email.
Any thoughts? Is there a delay on this as they get manually processed?
Thanks,

FNBconnect adsl, platinum gets up to 100% discount vs 80% on gold.
I think that is about it...
