I think you can get away spending R150 000 and earn so much eB.

Saying that, what is the most eB you received for spending as little as possible ?

Spending = 15% max back ? (There are caps on everything right)

Still waiting to update mine. Can see that they've added the ebucks but the reward level is still not updated.
 
Yeah my reward level says Level 5 on the earn page, but level 4 on the front page. Oh well.

It doesn't help that even when things are up to date it's very misleading. The RL points total in the historical reward points earned (at the bottom) that says 'Oct 15' is actually the points accumulated for September 2015. The top part that shows the different tiers with the September reward level and points is correctly represented though!

I was going to put a screenshot here but now I'm not even 100% certain my stuff is up to date :/

Mmmm, think ebucks got some competition now ...

I know most of you guys know about the Pick and Pay smart shopper card (rewards).

I got an email now from pick and pay ... and saw a section called "Partners" ... Clicked on that and wow ...

The power of that card is also amazing I think. You can buy air line tickets "40%" off (SAA domestic only)
There's a full list ... For spur vouchers, get double the value spend.

Sounds good but I don't want too many rewards programs to keep track of...

BUuuuuuuuuut - I can earn ebucks spending cash wherever.

I'm pretty sure you can only earn smart shopper points when spending money @ PnP.

Mmmm, some of the partners requires that. With the SAA flights, looks like you spend rands and just use Pick and Pay card number.

I just saw you earn also points when:

-> booking flights via FlySaFair
-> when you book via Eurocar.
-> just by joining planet fitness
-> at galaxy and co.

So clearly you get points for other than only Pick and Pay transactions

I am confused: ebucks in past 32 days is 18k but they only paid 12k out... Anyone had this before? I assume the "earned in past 32 days" will include ebucks that they paid last time?
 
So what have you guys been buying with your eBucks?

Last month: Xbox One @eB36,000 (inc. 40% discount)
This month: Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection (PS4) @eB7,490 - no discount because Makro doesn't have it yet :(

I bought a gas oven, and I also bought a bunch of security lights for the house - LED stuff, spent about R5k on that.

And household supplies.
 
Catered my wife's 40th birthday.. food, booze and decorations / odds & ends.

Mmmm, that section still needs updating.

Only the allocation of eB occurred. The system still needs to update the points, last x days earned, what rules has qualified what not etc etc etc

been using ebucks for stuff from Makro, last month I bought more Icetea then I think I will ever drink due to the R100 special. This month it will go towards booze and supplies for dec

Try incredible connection when a game isnt available at makro.

Doesnt incredible give you a discount aswell?

"Past 32 days" so it overlaps with what you received last month :)

Add up what you received over the past few days (By checking transaction history on the same page) and I'm pretty sure it will add up to 12k
