hi, there is just way too much here too read through. I am looking at increasing my level and earning more points. is there anybody that is clued up with this model and can offer advice? I would prefer to speak telephonically or whatsapp instead on writing on email. kindly pm me should you be able to guide me. thanks in advance.

I'm always astounded how lazy people are, and then while being so also want to have it their way and expect a bloody hand out.

Especially so when it's all AT THE SOURCE of the concept to begin with.

Just read the ****ing ebucks website. It's not hard. If you can't even do this, you'll never get to Lv 5 anyway because it will be too much "effort" and you'll always be looking for the shortcut.

ok - Lets gives this a go Uzairb. We promise it will only take one screenshot and one reply - then you will be well on your way.

Please give a screenshot of the following ->

My Rewards ->
My Ebucks discount and Reward level ->
" How i got this" ->
scroll down with the rules on the right hand side, until you get to the orange part that reads something like "You can do the following to go up a reward level"
Similar to the below :

we might then be able to assist you further

I joined late and had to read 250+ pages... I did it, but it really would have been nice to have a short cut. I don't blame the guy for wanting to better spend many many hours of his life than to read through the whole thread. Took me a few days of speed reading. Indeed there are some good tips buried in the mountain of chat here, but if someone new was to be directed to the eBucks calculator (as was the case) I think it provides all the basic info needed.
Keep the love flowing guys... this thread is fkn awesome.
<insert macklemore music here>

I agree it's hard to read all the pages, but then rather come ask a few questions about what you don't understand and people will answer.

Don't request it all on a silver platter and then have the audacity to dictate how you want it delivered as well because you can't bother to stick around here to read it.

Like I said EVERYTHING is on eBucks.com. If you still aren't sure after that then you ask.

Point is you need to engage this community if you want to be a part of the club. Why do you think everyone else ignored his post and I was the only one to respond?

Everyone else just went "nope".

I agree. This thread was really helpful to me I also read a hundred pages or so in the beginning and that little bit of time gave me the knowledge to get to level 5 in three months. It was time well spend. Thank you to everybody that shared their knowledge.

Exactly. All of us either read most of it when it was created as time went along, or after the fact page after page because we were late to the party.

To ask, no demand a shortcut just shows that you don't below in this thread to begin with.

The entire point is people helping each other do better with eBucks and it's been tried and tested by others to accomplish that.

Has anyone had any luck drawing larger amount of money (few thousand) from Cash@Till?

I went to my local Checkers branch, and they said they didn't have enough in the tills

Just go to a few different tills. IIRC theres a limit of R5000 per customer at PnP.

Also go around the begining of the month when its SASSA time. Then they will have enough cash in the cash office to cover SASSA so wont say that they dont have enough money.

No hard feelings but I have been on the eBucks website numerous times as well as spoke to the ebucks call center consultants.
I did reach l4 then dropped to l3. The call center is a little confused regarding certain items where I should have received points but did not and have logged a query regarding it. Unfortunately not everyone has the time to read through all pages of an extremely long thread. To be honest I did begin reading through and discovered that at a point rules changed, and at this point I begun to read from the last post backwards.
I am not looking for a "shortcut", as I have already been working with the online calculator etc to improve my reward. I thought it would be useful to get advice from people who already have experience with the item. Nevertheless. Thanks to those to offered to assist. Much appreciated.

Post a screen shot of your scoring.

The easiest one to fix is the 2000 points you're losing cos you're not doing ALL swipes with your credit card ("Between 25% and 100% of your total ....")
Make sure you ALWAYS swipe with the credit card and keep the cheque card ONLY for cash@till. One of the guys suggested having a different PIN for each card so you don't accidentally swipe the wrong one. The more extreme suggestion is to write all over the cheque card, or don't even carry it. I've always had different PIN for each card so it's easy to get it right.
Those extra 2000 points will get you to RL4 at least. And if you're swiping more with your CC, it's also possible you'll get more points for the "Spend R3000 or more" rule which could put you very close to RL5

Also try to spend R1000 online, that will give you another 2000 points
Pay for Telkom bill or your municipal bill at EasyPay

How many points do you currently have?

The other super easy way to get 2000 more points is to pay you utility bills online (with your credit card, remember) using EasyPay. So: Telkom, Electricity, Rates ... anything with an easypay number.

thanks for the help thus far peeps.
1. I had increased the balance of the investment account to above 10k a few days ago, and already had the scheduled payment to it setup. So that is now ticked.

2. I do have Wesbank vehicle finance, and meet all the criteria, but according to the consultant I needed to update contact details every 12 months. If your details are updated then remove and save then update again, this was according to ebucks consultant. So that will be ticked also.

3. I do log in to Wesbank Online once a month, query logged with call center. That should be ticked too.

4. As recommended above, I will work on making at least 1k payments using EasyPay with Credit Card

See, it's easy.

When I set my mind on it I went to RL5 in one month. Even now I have 22k points without any effort.

currently at 15000 points

Oh btw, I count 19k points above, so you're already RL5.

I think that's on the Max Points column. My points on the right column add up to 15 000. Anyway thanks for making me look at that again because I need to query the spend, I surely spend way over 3k on my credit card swipes alone, but I notice I am only getting partial points.
Lets hope I can get to 19 000 next month. :D
