Any advice how to change a debit order via my Credit Card to earn eB ?
FNB confirmed no eB are earned on debit orders via CC's
I'm not sure but I think you need at least 3 debit orders on your cheque card to qualify for eBucks.

I have 10+ on my cheque account.
My ADSL goes off via my credit card (and that spending isn't earning eb).
The reason why I moved it to my CC, the ISP took money left and right and my balance dropped below the required minimum on the fee saver package. The result now, the ISP can take money left and right, and I don't need to have sleepless nights about the fee saver option.
Sjoe, 10+?
For ADSL, I spoke to Telkom and asked them if they can stop my Debit Order and I will pay via their website since it has a payment gateway. You will get eBucks from that.
As for all your other accounts, if you can pay your rates and anything else that can be done via a payments gateway then ask if you can stop their debit orders.
The only Debit Orders that I have is the house, car and insurance on my cheque account.
Decided to put 10k in my savings pocket to get the points. You only need to have 5k in but that gives me an emergency 5k in case I ever need it. And I don't need to take out of my investment accounts now.
This should get me RL5 each month now![]()

Don't you incur interest instantly with debit orders? instead of the 55 day interest free?
If you don't zero your balance when the due dates comes, then you do

There is some serious misinterpretation of this 55-day interest free thing we have going here in South Africa.I think he is asking about the 55 day interest free that I never seem to get.

All it basically says is that you can swipe interest free until your billing cycle's payment comes up. That's it. In fact I once got this period to stretch for over 80-days because I changed my billing cycle to the end of the month.
As you should.Ok, saying that, I get charged interest from day one after my due date has passed.
I dont know about either.
I walk in, go to the front desk and ask to speak to someone from inventory department. The person then phone someone and they meet me there, at which point I can then ask about them placing the order for me.
In my mind, that inventory department is not a physical location in the store, but rather the role of certain individuals that ensure that they have up to date stock ect. and manage what gets ordered and so on.

Would be nice if I could call Cape Gate to place the order "online" and then check up when it arrives to go pay.
The minimum is 2k isn't it?
Have a linked FNB Savings Pocket with Bank Your Change and maintain a monthly balance of at least R5 000
Would be even nicer if Makro update their website to accept vouchers/gift-cards..
So would I, but yeah Makro is a bit backwards when it comes to online orders. The inventory doesnt actually do an online order for you, instead they order stock for the store, that they just never put out on to the floor. You can phone them back after you asked them to order it, to see if the stock has arrived at least, which is what I did.Would be nice if I could call Cape Gate to place the order "online" and then check up when it arrives to go pay.
100% agree. But I can see where they have an issue. You pay with voucher, but they dont have a system in place for online order, to then pay out the remaining money of the virtual voucher. In fact I double checked, you cant buy the Makro voucher cards online either, so thats also not currently an option. Fairly certain they just dont know how to deal with that currently, and until someone move their ass and make a plan, we gonna sit with this current situation.Would be even nicer if Makro update their website to accept vouchers/gift-cards..
