I tried Opera, Dolphin, Fennec and another one who's name I couldn't be bothered to remember. But I am back to the standard uncomplicated browser - It just works easier for me.

Same here, i even gave the Firefox browser a go and finally settled on the stock browser on 2.3.6.

I'm glad ics stole some of the browsing features from the transformer like when you swipe from the side it gives that menu wherever your thumb is, love that so much

Then I'll use stock mostly, now I switch from dolphin and stock.

These birthday reminders I find unnecessary imo. Its like the facebook reminder. I remember close family only and wish them. I stopped the fb wishes alot now.

Just add it in to your contact entry, who else do you really care about wishing. Every birthday, anniversary, etc added into each contact gets added in to your calendar as an all day event with a reminder.
Pretty pointless adding in an additional app to do what your phone does by default.

Thanx for clearing that up, I was wondering about that, seeing that I use MIUI and didn't know if it was added by them or if its not in default Android as well.

The contact entry on 2.1, and as far as I know 2.2, has no option to add birthday info. Google calendar is useless for birthdays.

I'm very glad for Ksingh that he can remember important birthdays, I can't.

Ok well i am on 2.3.4 and there is definitely the option to add birthdays and anniversaries which are automatically added to the calendar so i fail to see the uselessness their in.
Works pretty well adding it to the calendar directly. Maybe your missing all the good features on your old version.

Unfortunately, the d@mn SE have left the U20 on 2.1 with no upgrade. The ROMs don't seem to work too well either

The calendar's notifications are very poor

Can anybody recommend a good internet program for a Galasy SII...? I've heard of Dolphin HD, and the Opera series.... But I don't know which one is better.....

I use Opera mini, primarily due to its awesome data shrinking capabilities. Saves me a few hundred MB each month.
