Unfortunately Chinese....

The 4k version should be out by the 23rd though. Maybe even earlier now. Won't be surprised if they drop it in the next day or 3

Agreed. I too will wait to get a proper 4k version. But, have to admit, even with Chinese / Korean subs, this is an excellent copy. Just watched a bit from it.
 
Just did a search and a webrip dropped a few minutes ago. Hardcoded Chinese subtitles though but sound and video quality is good.

The main file is a 19.89GB IMAX 1080p KORSub. They released it in a 5.68GB 1080p as well a smaller1.3GB HDRip. Both have Korean subs. Excellent quality, but rather wait a few days for a proper version with no subs.

Looks like Apple iTunes US and Vudu will be releasing the movie to buy digitally on the 23rd August . I have doubts South Africa will get it that early .
 
Watched the one with Korean subs last night. What a brilliant movie. One that I will watch again and again.
 
A movie worth buying and not pirating . Will buy it on Apple TV so I get all the goodness!
 
I watched it last night, wasn't expecting to enjoy it so much. Such an epic movie, only wish it had more DarkStar scenes but super cool movie nonetheless. And I didn't think Val Kilmers dubbing looked weird or out of place at all, thought it was quite believably done. 9/10

Korean subs..... I'll wait thank you. It's like eating chips with schit on.
 
Took my son to watch it, of course he's never seen the original, but he throughly enjoyed it.
