Torrents + VPN

Hi Guys,

Just want to find out if any of you guys out there who use Torrents, do you use a VPN of any sort?
If so, which VPN would you recommend?

PS. I'm using Deluge on Linux as a Client.

I tend to agree, I use put.io. It's not as customizable as a dedicated seed box but it is simple, fast and does what it should.

Can this be automated with Deluged, I'm using my Pi in this case.
