Traded paint, need cheap "panel beater"

so the parking stunt i was trying to pull off two days ago didn't exactly go according to plan (i think it was karma, a few minutes before that i went through a red robot, by mistake, i promise :o) and i traded paint with a lamp post. can you guys suggest a cheap panel beater guy who will fix the nasty blue mark that was made on my wheel arch?

and also, will they just paint over it or is there something more complicated to it? and how much would you guys say i'm looking at here?

That's why it's pronounced "car-ma". It always punishes you with your car
 
If there's no damage to the body, you can try asking at mica for paste that removes paint scuffs. I got a tube that worked miracles on mine, when I did the same to a green gate-post. It's a big yellow & white tube (will check the name at home later)
