Queries from affected clients would be resolved much faster if they provide us with the relevant account details, such as their name, surname and e-mail address, along with their query.

Why don't you go back through your tickets and find all the ones where you've double debited people and refund them the money that you owe them.... again you are trying to make your clients and ex-clients do your leg work...

We respond to each ticket received.

It is possible that eddief1 did not use the correct e-mail details when he contacted us or that our spam filters have flagged his e-mail as spam.

rubbish... I have been emailing the correct addresses as established on this forum, I have received confirmation emails saying a ticket had been opened and guess what a couple of days later another email, your ticket is closed....without any reply. Spin it whatever way you want dude but you have been plain ignoring us...oh and the fax I sent you went though, do you have a SPAM bin under that as well ?

I'm just so irritated now, we not fools Reuben !!!

eish, what a thread, goodluck getting your money back here guys, looks like TRL Technologies (Reuben) is dodging all this as much as humanly possible. the months this cash is outstanding i would request it back with interest! it could have been in your investment account right now earning you even a few cents more:)
 
I suggest everyone log this with the consumer commission- the more the merrier.
 
Yup...

Def go the consumer complaints commission route.... make Reuben sweat a little bit.

I have a feeling his lifestyle and the incoming moneys that he is legally owed do not match...

I am also going to the Consumer Council, and so will all the others I know thats been had.

This Guy (Reuben, Captain Morgan, TRL Tech Management) is totally beyond belief. Instead of doing the right thing, he still try and cover up things by ignoring blatant open questions about fraud and the HUGE discomfort and finantial loss his customers suffered. Questions on this forum AND email communication with him. He just choose not to answer it, and try from a different angle.

Promising a month free ADSL and then not doing it, cutting customers DSL lines with out warning or response. Who in their right mind would (continieu to) do business with you Mr TRL??? My line was cut in early March, you only start surfacing now, and then with invoices and threats.

Mr TRL PLEEEEEEEASE get real, and save what is left of TRL.......

The right thing is to PAY UP what you owe and the stop bugging EX customers that had to find replacement/s for services you cancelled. Did you get it? It said that "YOU CANCELLED" Double debits that you collected? Again, did you get it? It said "That YOU COLLECTED"

Then close TRL and start again, in an other town, cause I will never buy from anyone in and around PE again - Maybe a car:)

Reuben, riddle me this. If you have a dispute with a customer over something YOU did wrong, where in the hell do you think you get the right to deny him his freedom of speech on a forum or else refuse to pay the money you wrongfully took back? That simply does not compute.
 
I don't actually see why the Reuben even wants to know this. It's totally irrelevant.

Its highly relevant if you are a client or an exclient who has had money stolen by him... He will then attempt to blackmail you to get your money back (which I doubt you will ever see again anyway)
 
My point exactly. The only reason he could want to know this is if he's working with some agenda, which I think is highly probable considering how he's handling Crysis's refund. Other than that, it's totally irrelevant to the topic at hand.
