Queries from affected clients would be resolved much faster if they provide us with the relevant account details, such as their name, surname and e-mail address, along with their query.
Why don't you go back through your tickets and find all the ones where you've double debited people and refund them the money that you owe them.... again you are trying to make your clients and ex-clients do your leg work...
