Find it odd that it is usually Reuben who replies to mails and now it's suddenly some support staff?

Im pretty sure its some kind of rent-a-support. Probably some one in company india or something that outsources online support? Or he has decided to employ some 24 hour support team, which I doubt, since I Got that email at 7pm last night? It would mean it really is 24 hour support?

In all the years I dealt with TRL, I got the/formed the impression that TRL has only one emplyee. Because I never ever spoke (got emails from) to anyone but R or automated email responses. I once made a call to a number and spoke to R, there was children and women voices in the back ground, and I remember getting the idea that he was at home??? I may be wrong about the "one man band" but that is what picture I got in my head....... Everthing seemed to be very automated, errors and all. That might explain why it take so long to get anyting rectified, there are only so many hours in a day for 1 person to do the job,....... kill all the fires, and TRL seem to be on fire now. Like I said this is pure speculation on my side.

I have this number on my records, I DO NOT know if it still mean anything, so use with that in mind: 041 961 5158.

I receive the following notification from TRL on 19 August 2011, and is the last contact detail I received:

It is a criminal matter when money is fraudulantly being deducted & there is not a current & valid contract between the parties.

Example. lets say I got your banking details from somewhere (which I don't have & have no desire to gain) & I run a debit order to get your money. would you deem that a civil matter?

Trust me, you don't know what you are talking about. While I understand what you are saying, it won't stand up in court (that's even if the matter reaches the inside of a court room). It would have been a criminal matter if TRL just submitted debit orders to random accounts (where there are no past or present history between TRL and the bank account holder). It becomes a civil matter if signed authorisation was given and if there is a history between the parties.

Why is it sooooooooo hard for Reuben just to pay the money into the OPs account... ?

Why is that so difficult to do ?

What could be the massive hurdle preventing a refund ?

Surely it cannot be so hard for a company to actually do this ... I doubt it would take more than a few minutes... so why this reluctance to even engage with this ?

Is there anybody other than Reuben working at TRL Tech ? It sounds like a one man show, incapable of doing anything other than keep a single clients seedbox running and correctly billed for, the others he is ducking, diving, and avoiding while he dips into their account to prop up his little facade.

Just do the refund already. It REALLY is not SOOOOO difficult a thing to do or understand.

What he forgets is that there is still small claims court that the OP can use. It should not cost him much or anything, however it can cost the OP a lot of time...

That is often more valuable than money, especially the frustration of bereaucractic red tape.
