During signup crysis signed up under his own name, while providing banking details of his mother.
We were not aware of this as the debit order mandate was also completed and signed under his name.
For security reasons, we forwarded a letter to crysis that he and his mother needs to sign, after which we will verify the information.

This is black mail:

- Acknowledgement to remove the entire thread on the mentioned public internet forum within 24 hours after the refund has cleared in the specified bank account
- Acknowledgement to remove any other posts published about the matter, irrespective of the medium used.

You cannot illegally hold on to funds which are not yours because you are unhappy about bad publicity which, by the looks of it, you rightly deserve. (i.e. only return the funds under these conditions)

Must of missed it when it became the norm to hold ex-customers ransom.

You do not NEED the results...

You need his Account number (which you already have from the cancellation letter), and a bank account to return the funds to (which you also have from debiting the account).... illegally holding onto the funds and then requesting enough information to screw your ex-customer is not on.

...pure black mail - unless you didn't send that email as claimed.

We have an agreement with crysis and I cannot comment any further on the matter.

crysis - if I were you - I wouldn't agree to those terms - let the consumer commission handle it - set up a site with the threat, hellopeter, try get your bank involved, send them prove of cancellation, etc.

I fully agree with xrapidx on this one.

Do NOT agree to the terms.. they're BS of the highest order.

Go to your bank, get all the debit orders from the cancellation date reversed.. provide proof of cancellation.... etc etc...

We need to DIGG this and spread the news as far and wide as possible. While we are at it we should get the owners full details and spread it as well, he deserves whatever schit he gets.
