Trouble Cancelling Telkom line

I've cancelled my Telkom line over 4 years ago with a lot of struggle and was finally successful. However I suddenly got an invoice now from Telkom. Could anyone provide me with a contact for Telkom support so I can just cut ties with them for once and for all?
 
I keep an eye out for Telkom administration issues as most of us is till tied to this beast.

Going to keep my Telkom Line till they kill the copper in my area, then they can cancel it themselves.
 
would crediting my telkom account rather than closing it outright work then they can just deduct from my credit and i dont have to pay penalties and go through the struggle with telkom. I only have a few months left hopefully they will will close it on expiry. Has anyone tried this approach?
