Let me educate you on a bit of reality... I had to work my ASS off to afford to buy a crappy old Fiat Uno. I only got my first car when I was nearly 20 after saving every damn penny I earned...

Of course I no longer drive a 2nd hand Fiat Uno, but what I drive now is BECAUSE i've worked my ass off.

Just like Pretoria is in Tshwane, just like Benoni is in Ekurhurleni, Just like Johannesburg is in City of Joburg. eThekwini is a metro (or megacity), like the other six in this country.

I still remember a good friend of mine getting low pay when he was well educated . 6 yrs the man soldiered on , right now he wishes he had listened to my advice and moved on .
Why didnt they give him his fare market value ? He was a black guy working in a white dominated world . Most of the guys he worked with had no qualifications , just matric . He saved every penny and furthered his education but no recognition . Shame
 
One learns from one's mistakes, the whites made a big mistake trying to right the wrongs of 40 odd years. Best would have been to just leave things the way they where. What is done is done. There is only 2 ways of fixing it:

1. Fight and take back what we have given away in the name of peace

2. Sit back and watch SA turn into another [mod cut] country like Angola, Zimbabwe and and and.

If there is one thing the world has seen happen over the last 100 years is that no matter how hard you try, Africa run by Africans is nothing but a black hole. It keeps on sucking in aid from the west, it kills off it's own kind, it's corrupt and savage. [mod cut]

It is a shame. He should have looked for a job that did recognize his skills and qualifications.

It works like that for all, not just black. I had to change jobs for the same reason last year.
 
Next thing vantage is going to start complaining how all the Zimbabweans are taking up all the South Africans jobs as waiters :rolleyes:

Are they not "invading" and "taking over"?

If its one thing your World should know by now is that after all they have done to us , we are still around . Maybe they wanted to wipe us out like the red indians , but us Africans we are hardcore , we wont go down without giving a fight . They couldnt wipe us out when we had spears and shields , what makes u think they can wipe us out .

Dude, don't mention Zimbabwe and Angola in the same breath. They are worlds apart. The average economic growth in Angola has been 15% over the last 8 years (since the end of the civil war) whilst Zimbabwe has gone the other direction.
Rwanda is another shining example of a country ravaged by genocide just 15 years ago but has made so much progress. It has even been recognised for being one of the safest and most transparent countries in Africa. Their 2008 GDP growth was recorded at 11,2%.

fixed it, and that will then answer yourself, as soon as the 'apartheid' card has been played to death, you'll have to pick a new target [or as soon as all the whites in SA have been murdered off], and that target will be yourself, then, SA will implode, and Zimbabwe will pity us, and you will sit there and say, 'look at what these white fsckers did!!!'
