TuneUp Utilities 2011 & DVD Drives

Hi

After configuring the Turbo mode of TUU 2011 and selecting "Turn off rarely used services" it changed my DVD drive to a CD drive in Computer but it is still detected as it was before in Device Manager as a TSSTCorpCDDVDW SH-S223C. It is the second time that this has happened to me - reinstalling Win7 was my solution the first time. Turning Turbo mode off etc doesn't do the trick. Is there a service in Windows Services that I can enable or start again to fix this problem? Reinstalling Windows again isn't a solution! :cry:

Any help/advice would be apreciated.

Undo everything that program did, uninstall it and learn from your mistakes in the future. Programs that claim to improve your Pc's performance just end up breaking your Pc.
