LG C8 is a marvellous TV. Recommended. But not cheap.

Do you have a media player of some sort, or do you want Android TV?
Anyway that Hisense looks good, and I would probably have bought it myself if it wasn't for mediocre to bad input lag depending on what you read.

Rather take quality over size, so I would drop the A6130 (it's higher-budget offering).
The U7A would still be my choice - it has a wider colour gamut than the NU7300

In the US the U7 is also known as the H9E
Other features, the OS is different, the Samsung one is better in my opinion - also the Samsung is curved.
Sound Quality - Get a soundbar.
