I was connected and was 10 October 2021. there was loadshedding in my area on 11 October 2021 twice and caused the issue. I have called, emailed sent app support messages without Rain responding, I even got a cell number a friend gave me to contact that keeps saying I will escalate without any results. I battled to get my ticket lokked at for 48 hours, after that a technician, Prince, gave me the run around for two days saying he is on his way. I then listed my issues on Facebook on Thursday 14 October and On 15 October a technician, Devine, came and only replaced the sim card. This only worked for a short period. Wednesday, I sent another Facebook message as this seemed to be the means of communication that worked the best, and the only thing they asked was my address to test my connectivity, I advised my address and up until today no further communication. everyone saying they will sort it out but nothing. it's been two weeks and nothing. please help
