Any fundi's with experience setting up VLAN's for voice and video on Ubiquiti EdgeSwitch units on here?

If so, and if you wouldn't mind me picking your brain, post here? Struggling to understand how the ES units carry the DSCP/CoS tags through the switch ports and trunk ports.
