Hey guys, I'm currently using Vodacom 3G HSPA as sole means of internet at home. I have so much reliability issues and besides their service sucks. I applied for a Telkom 4Mps ADSL line and they reclined my application due to no or not sufficient infra structure in my area, a nice way of saying the drug heads are stealing the copper and they refuse to lay anymore copper cable. I bought Ubiquiti airGrid 5GHZ airMax system with antenna feed 23DB, grid dish and all other attachments from someone who installs wireless systems. I had so much reliability issues with his setup, i took everything down. I'm looking for someone that can install the system over and accurately. I live within 9km from Tygerberg Hill (Cape Town). I'm looking for a 4Mb Uncapped Wireless Internet, thanks

Mervin, you'll first need to find an WISP (Wireless Internet Service Provider) - I'm sure one of them will have no problem in just charging you maybe R 500 installation fee to use your equipment and link to their network.

Again, first finding one...

There's quite a few in your area. Go to http://www.wapa.org.za/coverage/request and someone will get in touch with you from your area. If not - someone will spot this on the forums and contact you. Otherwise maybe just ask for WISP in your area in a new post stating you have equipment (and details) if someone can get you up and running...
