Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid DustTheme

Dust is a concept for a new, refreshing look for Ubuntu. I wish this was included by default for Ubuntu. However doing the following you can easily add it.

Download the theme file

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Artwork/Incoming/In...20080922.tar.gz

You will need to have Murrine-SVN

Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy: i386 / amd64


Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid: i386 / amd64


How to install: Install the required Murrine package for your OS above. Download the file above, the drag the tarball to the appearance dialog (System -> Preferences -> Appearance). After this is done, select "Dust" from the themes list. If this doesn't work, untar the package to your ~/.themes folder

Too dark for my liking...

Not bad although I find that dark themes kill my eyes after a while, good for the 'casual' user of just down to user preference.
