Isn't the Intel Atom processor for the sub laptops? So is Ubuntu Mobile exclusively for mobile phones or also for the sub laptop/pc market as well?

Not for mobile phones, just subnotebooks, etc

Anybody installed it on TYTNII yet? I don't have the knowledge to do it, so I am stuck with WM6.

I just read up on it. It won't work on our mobile phones. It is only designed for specific "Mobile Internet Devices" (similar to the Asus EEE pc) and minimum RAM spec is 256 Mb, which rules out our phones.
