Quite odd how previous governments are blamed for countless deaths and numerous terror campaigns all over Africa yet the present one is allowing AIDS to spread like a wildfire through a squatter camp. All this while advocating "healthy eating" and traditional healing as a potential preventative measure for the disease. But not to worry, though, the next SA and ANC dic... president actually believes a shower can prevent AIDS. Billions and counting on soccer stadiums while your people live on sidewalks. A train costing 320 odd Million rand a meter while your people are being murdered both by villains and the government.

Incompetency and stupidity by Zuma, Manto and some f***d up people who probably use MUTI killings should not be a generalization unless you have figures to prove so.

I have lost a familly member, domestic helper and friends through HIV/AIDS. None resorted to showers, sex with innocent kids and beetroot as treatments of choice. In fact, they did not have proper treatment.

Yes, in my opinion, the educated ones were in denial. The less fortunate ones like my Domestic worker were not. She simply did not know. Whatever they case is, they got responsible about it.

Are you for real? These people are leaders. They are exalted like megastars. What they say is studied and gobbled up like gospel. Jacob Zuma alone probably has more fans than any SA football team.

So your experiance on a small group of people living in on a small holding constitutes a big enough sample to conclude that so MANY black people are ignorant of the desease that cuases the graveyards to be so busy on weekends?

Perhaps, and this is only a suggestion, you need to start talking to a much larger group of people.

No Debbie2 is right; I see it all the time, people dying of AIDS and their brethren and families denying it though no one can explain WHAT EXACTLY their sudden demise was caused by. It is a frightening reality. Only last week our driver died; NONE OF his black colleagues will mention the word AIDS....
