Unable to install windows 10, errors

I have (niece) an Asus 540s laptop I wanted to install windows 10 but I am facing real difficulties, the first install went well but the mouse pad refuse to word and drivers wouldnt install, I then thought it bettet I reinstall again but after that it was impossible as I run into errors " windows just gives an error at 4%. The laptop has a soldered ram. Anyone please help, Install using a usb and tried different image.
