Vuma rolled out to our area a couple of years back (Bellville) - Which is great. I bought in a block of flats that is covered by the network - However, the body corp at the time wasn't too keen on signing the paperwork and having fibre brought into the building (Small block, 12 flats). They have finally agreed to re-look at this and we can hopefully get fibre brought into the building (Cheers, overpriced LTE!)
Thing is, the ISP's keep referring me to Vuma. Their call center is offline, and responses to emails are limited at best. Short of driving around looking for a Vuma van to stop next to and ask for some contact information, what are my options? Can I just get in touch with Openserv, and will they be willing to work on it, as Vuma seems to have no interest at all and are totally unreachable?
