Unable to view RAIN data usage

Opened a ticket and they said they will revert with a resolution but still no luck after almost 2 weeks
 
Yup me too. Very annoying. Running blind here. Their SMS at the beginning of the month stating that I've used 75% is not helping either.
 
Hey guys, we are still working on this, I understand this is frustrating. I can assure you we are working to bring the graphs back as quickly as possible. You should still be able to see remaining data displayed in ClientZone
 
Something not right with the data last couple of days says I have only 9GB peak left which is impossible as the speeds are horse **** between 18:00 - 23:00 and no more off peak data? This hole splitting times is pain in my ass already.

Hope you get fibre soon. Same slow speeds from 6PM and 11 PM.

Thanks dropped a PM, had no response in 24 Hours. But meanwhile cancelled the service so no worries will move on, cheers!
 
My problem is fixed now but what is annoying when you open a ticket to support they ask for screenshots as if you are making up stories and don’t believe you.

It is not the fact that we think you are making up stories. We simply need to see what you are seeing as well as having some sort of record of your issue on our side. We simply do this to make sure that we are able to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
