Uncapped ADSL prices: Telkom versus MWEB

They do not differentiate because they only offer Unthrottled 1Mbps Uncapped ADSL, aka "premium".
 
Well if MWEB throttles after anywhere near 20GB, Telkom perhaps is the better 2Mbps option.
