uncapped carry over account

I read an article a while back, that some company was offering a carry over uncapped account that kicks in from around the 25th of the month. Cant find the article though, can anyone remember who they were?

it is only active for the last 5 days of the month. Its to carry you over after your normal bandwidth has run out

aaaah thats the one thanks. although they dont seem to have this on their site- anyone know if its been discontinued?

Edit* I see its still in trial phase, I guess they may not have it listed yes
