I'm new to this how does this work?
Do you pay a flat fee of R399 (384kbps) no matter how much data you consume?
If so why is capped Internet still conquering?

If so why is capped Internet still conquering? Because Uncapped was hugely expensive, throttled and limited to very slow speeds. Only recently have prices started to drop and more people are moving away from capped packages to uncapped packages. If you have a 4mb line then it would be better to stay on capped because there are no speed limits
