So I finally cancelled my Afrihost fibre service on Vuma after they failed to resolve continuous dropped network issues. I have signed up with Cool Ideas, and Afrihost assured me they will release my line at mid-night. Seems like I may have ticked them off, because they cut me off at around 8pm this evening. Had to setup a mobile hotspot for the kids to do their homework, and to keep the family peace.
Is this behaviour normal? Common? Seem rather unethical to me.
