Unethical behaviour by Afrihost?

So I finally cancelled my Afrihost fibre service on Vuma after they failed to resolve continuous dropped network issues. I have signed up with Cool Ideas, and Afrihost assured me they will release my line at mid-night. Seems like I may have ticked them off, because they cut me off at around 8pm this evening. Had to setup a mobile hotspot for the kids to do their homework, and to keep the family peace.

Is this behaviour normal? Common? Seem rather unethical to me.

I'm still looking into this for you but it does seem like our our system has submitted the cancellation at around 19:12 and the order was completed at round 21:47.

Looks like we are in the wrong here and I have to apologise for that. I'm still trying to ascertain why this happened and to prevent it from happening again. I do apologise for this.
