I told her i do not want to be a father, she said she will get me any documents to sign that i will not be involved, however....not sure that what i want!!!
.....
Since the document is meaningless when it comes to maintenance, what difference does it make whether OP signs or not?

Likewise she will then not be able to sue him for maintenance, surely?
No, no contract is above the law. If she ends up struggling to make ends meet she could just take a stroll to the courts and say this guy never paid a cent to support his child.

Mmm ok...makes sense.

So if I follow correctly: If Mug decides to sign her $hitty contract now, but some years down the line do decide that he'd like to see his kid or be involved with said kid, he could nullify this "contract" by citing his rights and responsibilities as the father as per the Children's Act (2005)?

Go get the abortion pills, take a real female friend to a clinic, then slip them in the lady's drink.
