Really sounds planned from the sound of things then hey..Maybe she knew when she was most fertile?

If she's already told ppl she's definitely not getting an abortion. Seems planned and if she did I think that's the biggest betrayal you can do to another person.

You don't sign a damn thing! Believe me, one day when the schit hits the fan that sheet of paper will mean jack in a maintenance court. Not to mention when your kid wants to know who and where his daddy is.

Still early to start signing documents...i am gonna take my time and think.
 
Shame dude, then she was planning all along unfortunately you spilled the beans :D, dude best advise tell her that you will be there for the kid in the long run and you will pay for support, don't be to harsh because if this goes to court you will not have a foot to stand on, woman and mothers in general is usually 80 percent sucsessfull in court. the dad just leaked and doesn't have anything to say, talk about not being sexist ftw.

Agreed. DON"T Sign anything. You will regret it later on. You have a kid on the way (might not be yours), accept that. At least you don't have to marry her.

And sounds dodge that she is already telling everyone she is pregnant... like she wanted to get pregnant (some women work like that)

Saw with my brother's divorce. Play it cool, courts are against the fathers...
 
My ex gfs accidental pregnancy has turned out to be the best thing ever. Awesome little guy plus as a bonus I don't end up with an ex wife, or need to get married to have kids. Maybe there'll be a bright side for you too...
