When I went to court, I was the only father there that received custody of their child. I could see the judge looked very surprised and winked at me when I got off the stand

That "one" is my friend :p and I do get a lot of handy time to myself :erm:

Cumtree girl sounded great over emails and really intelligent, we met on a date and everything was really great ... and then she went full psycho, asking me things like why I still had my ex wife as a contact with a nickname, telling me of all the guys she was having coffee with to make me jealous, flipping out when I went out with my "one" friend :p buying me lots of stuff, getting depressed if I went to movies without her :erm:

Never stick your dick in crazy :erm: I'd rather have no sex than have sex with someone that may hunt me down and cut off all my hair in my sleep
 
Funny old world. Abstinence method still works best and I'm glad I stuck with it (as did my wife). At least my kids lives will be a lot less complicated than Mugs's kid.

Am i correct to say, that it doesn't matter if i sign anything or not, she can always take me to court for support?

Yes. Technically she can. I am sure you can counter sue civily based on her contract with you, but it will not be an easy victory.

I wonder if it is possible for her to adopt the child from you, somehow legally get full custody - just a thought - IANAL

Still not sure....haven't been chatting to her in the last few days,....i get really stressed after a chat with her, and struggle to sleep :-(
