I have been having endless issues with payment allocations over the past month or so
for domain payments. It takes over 2 days for them to allocate payment.

This would be fine for straight forward renewals however for suspended domains that
clients eventually pay for it becomes a nightmare.

And when you call the accounts department, you get a no care attitude and responses
like "we will allocate your payments when we get too it, we have a backlog to process"
and "Every payment is urgent, there are 300 other urgent clients before your allocation"

Another monoplised SA company that has a complete disregard for customer service. :mad:
