Hi . Apologies if this is in the wrong section but under "Other Broadband Services" there was no thread for Uninet and I can't add a Thread to that section.
Is anyone else having problems with Uninet ??
I have had no email for 3 days now and have tried contacting them on every possible ph no. in JHB, CPT, Knysna etc .. I either get an Out of Order signal, it just rings or the "number does not exist" voice message. This after phoning directory services to get the correct number.
Their website has been down for 2 days and no response to my emails. I am currently using another ISP , hence the fact I am online but didn't want to change from using Uninet's Mail server as I run a Computer business and all my clients will be emailing me on their server which I can't access. Needless to say I'm losing many potential clients as they probably think I am ignoring their mails.
I'm possibly wondering if they have closed down ?? Any feedback would be much appreciated from anyone out there using Uninet. Thanks
