Unknown charge from Telkom

Hi

I have contracts with Telkom from 2014, and my account always got debitted the monthly payment. I never was in arrears or even one day late

This month, I notice that R4999 went out last night. Upon login in. I see they actually tried o debit my account R19 000, but were only able to debit it R4999. They have a notice that I have to pay the remaining R15 000 by 30th June.

Who can I contact to find out what charge is this? And how do I reverse their mistake?

Will really appreciate if someone can assist.

Go into your Telkom profile, check that you didn't have new contracts opened in your name.

First step is for your bank to reverse this. Do not take no for an answer. I never had a problem when this happened to me. Fnb.
Then take on Telkom. Good luck.
