I have contracts with Telkom from 2014, and my account always got debitted the monthly payment. I never was in arrears or even one day late
This month, I notice that R4999 went out last night. Upon login in. I see they actually tried o debit my account R19 000, but were only able to debit it R4999. They have a notice that I have to pay the remaining R15 000 by 30th June.
Who can I contact to find out what charge is this? And how do I reverse their mistake?
Will really appreciate if someone can assist.
