Try ACDC electrical they are an electrical supplier and would definitely have what you looking for just do a google search and check for the closest branch to you

Hi everyone. I had my indoor unit replaced with the indoor/outdoor unit N5368X. Does anyone have the spec sheet for this model and the user guide?

Ohhh wow looks so pretty. I want it but by the looks of it just one unit now for indoor or outdoor that means no more 5G CPE Pro......

@rain_mobile

we need the specs is it better than the out door unit .. do you think they where waiting for these seen as built in sim and that its both indoor and outdoor.

See the deal was updated

Huawei 5G CPE X
  • Indoor or outdoor setup
  • Weatherproof
  • Plug and play with easy installation
  • Designed and optimised exclusively for the rain network
  • Free to use for the duration of a 24-month contract
R1000 a month (incl.VAT)

Well it's the only Unit they sell now so maybe the price is worth it when they saw how many Outdoor units they had to install due to signal issues. Looks like a nice unit. Some Rain 5G branding there so if it wasn't confirmed before it definitely is now Rain is in bed with Huawei big time.

I think it's pretty decent it would eliminate people needing other units for outdoor installations.

This at least gives the user and option to position the unit outdoors if the indoor signal isn´t great. The technician brought two units. The larger outdoor unit seemed to be a dud. Couldn't pick up the 5g signal. So he offered me this one.

Some differences though between this device and the CPE PRO:
- Wifi AC and not Wifi AX
- Doesn´t have a WAN input
- Cannot choose WiFi channels
- Security - cannot see firewall setting
- NAT - no configuration
- doesn´t connect on the Smart home app or HiLink app- so accessing the unit via mobile is ip based

The technician inserted my old sim into this unit. He recorded the units S/N. suppose then they would pair this on the network side

Thanks for info. So you can only access via WiFi, assuming power adapter and no PoE?

Got everything at ARB. Made plan driving 1.2m rod into ground. Luckily my DEWALT drill had hammer only function. So just found a socket large enough to fit over rod and it made quick work of it. Will post pictures in the DIY antennae thread.

After 24 months what happens to the unit? Do you have to return it?

Connection to the device is via Ethernet and Wifi. The unit has POE fed off a power brick/adapter. It comes with a 15m flat Ethernet cable. The unit itself has a Ethernet port and the power brick has a POE port and a second Ethernet port. I tested LAN throughput using iPerf and these were true gigabit speed lan ports unlike the CPE pro unit I had.
