Hello MyBroadband community,

We recently became official representatives on the MyBroadband community. Some of you have asked us to create an UnoTelly dedicated thread so that we can discuss your feedback, suggestions, issues and also update you about UnoTelly’s new features. General geoblocking related questions are welcome as well.

For people that are not familiar with UnoTelly, our service helps people legally bypass geo-blocking restrictions and access streaming channels like and Netflix and Hulu. Check out this link for a full list of the UnoTelly supported streaming services: https://www2.unotelly.com/channels

We look forward to hearing your feedback and suggestions so that we can make UnoTelly better!

Thank you!

Cheers,
UnoTelly Team

To kick-start this thread, we want to announce you that we officialy support Netflix Japan!

Netflix Japan has became available yesterday and added more than 1000 new titles to Netflix's global catalogue including new anime series and movies!

Some worth metioned titles are:

- Terrace House
- Seven Deadly Sins
- Psycho Pass 2
- Peeping Life
- Paprika
- Underwear

You can find more info about Netflix Japan here: http://blog.unotelly.com/2015/09/at...rs-netflix-japan-is-here-and-unotelly-has-it/

Have you checked Netflix Japan yet? Any worth mentioned finding from your end?

Cheers,
UnoTelly Team

Awesome you guys rock. Will keep a watch on this and provide feedback :)

Welcome. Could you look at Channel 4 UK? You can watch the on demand programming, but not the live content?
Also, according to Showmax, if you have Unotelly you end up streaming their service from Germany instead of from a local server. An option on Dynamo may help here.

Change your Time Zone/clock to UK time.

Yep, the trick is to change your Timezone to UK :) About Showmax, we are already investigating this issue. Updates will come soon.

Thank you for freeing us from the tyranny of monopoly regional content license holders!

Just though of a tip :)
Anyone using Telkom as an ISP and if you do not already use DYN DNS (Or simmilar) you get free DDNS from them (activate here )
you then get a Dynamic address (probably yourname.mydns.telkomsa.net) put that in the Unotelly dyndns setting you don't need to update your router - just maybe reboot to sync.
Once done bobs your uncle and you never have to update your IP on unotelly

That's a great tip isie!

For general instructions on how auto update IP by using Dynamic DNS servers, check our FAQ: http://help.unotelly.com/support/so...utomatic-ip-update-using-dynamic-dns-services

Holy schit! Welcome!

I am struggling to stream HBO go on my Xbox one. Lots of buffering. And when I try to stream HBO go from my Samsung TV, every so often it stops and says video unavailable.

Your thoughts?

Hello Crackersa,

Thanks for welcoming us! It's nice to be here.

About your issue with HBO GO, it's better to get in touch directly with our support team. Your issue is very specific and they will probably ask you to run some testings and provide some screenshots. You can get in touch with our support team by following this link: http://help.unotelly.com/support/tickets/new . After raising a ticket, you can PM us your ticket number and we will give you high priority.

Some tips for faster support (include them on your initial ticket):

- Let our support team know about the devices that you are experiencing the issue.
- Let our support team know if you are experiencing issues with just HBO Go or other streaming services too.
- Let our support team know about the frequency of your issue.
- Let them know that you are from South Africa and the ISP you are using.

Thank you!

Awesome to see a UnoTelly rep on the forum! I've been using your service for years with great success.

Hey guys,

We are trying to get in-touch with the team at ShowMax to diagnose their network connectivity issue. If you know any contact from ShowMax, please PM us.

Hi there

I have an issue with my samsung smart TV using hulu plus, while streaming the hulu app crashes out of nowhere with an "video unable to connect error" hulu stays connected but i have to restart the show. this only started recently, i think after the app updated.

I also use hulu on PS4 with no issues so it's directly related to the samsung app on TV.

I know i should probably log with unotelly directly?

Considering they are owned by the content nazis in SA, I suspect you will get nothing but middle fingers from them.

Showmax will also get middle fingers from me if it can't co-exist with my Uno and Netflix
