The EFFSC is protesting about causes for which they can get popular support, but they are actually using the students and workers as pawns because their true motives are simply the disruption of society, starting with the tertiary education system (which is a soft target) to gain political power for themselves. UP took the wind out of the EFFSC's sails with their announcement yesterday morning that Afrikaans lectures will be done away with hence why they EFFSC have now had to come up with a new set of demands as a continuation of their "rolling demands". It is instructive to note that, even after the UP announcement yesterday morning that Afrikaans lectures would be done away with, the EFFSC went ahead and disrupted lectures, several hours before they came up with these new demands. In other words, their thugs did not even have a cause at the time of disrupting lectures yesterday morning; their demand that Afrikaans lectures be done away with had essentially been granted, and they had yet to draft a new list of demands.

Whites "advantage" has been eroding year on year since the birth of democracy. Yes there are still more whites in senior management positions but that is not something you can change over night. This. Said it before, will say it again. The average 'white' is at a 'normal' level of living on the planet. Yes, there are the 'privileged' few, in all race groups(privileged 'many' if you're a Zuma or Gupta). We don't have a 'privileged' white problem, we have a 'normal' white and 'disadvantaged' black problem. The solution for the majority is to drag everyone into the 'disadvantaged' group for the sake of 'equality'. It seems not one person is interested in moving up into the 'normal' category.

You have had 25 years to vote for the people who can drive your ideals and make this country work. Actually, no... I expect people to work hard for themselves to get where they WANT to be.

Some areas will take time to "correct" purely due to the experience aspect that is required.. others won't take that long at all... we are getting to the point where even the experience thing is a non-issue, and then it is purely a structural issue of senior management having to churn as all jobs do.

But you pick THAT part of my post, rather than dealing with your other favourite BS one of land? Why is that?
