Updated MyBB app for iPhone

Will we be seeing a myBB app for iPad in the near future?

I've responded to a thread on MyGaming and just wanted to post here too.

RPM and I debated the issue of Tapatalk versus vBulletin extensively, and unfortunately Tapatalk's process for paying for and updating white labeled apps is slow and tedious. That was the decider in the end.

As morkhans said, the bugs in Tapatalk at the time we made the decision, were a consideration, but it's been pointed out to me that those have been fixed. Just a pity the process of getting the updates was so time consuming.

The vBulletin app also allows us to moderate right from the app. Obviously there were trade-offs between the two apps and we're hoping vB catches up design-wise quickly.

Using the official apps from vBulletin seemed like the logical to do, but we'll see how their development goes. If someone out there offers a forum app that's significantly better than the official ones at a competitive price and that makes it easy for us to get updated builds I'm sure we'll take a look at it.

Thanks for the feedback Jan.

Is the tapatalk app (myBB) dead for everyone else? I tried the vBulletin update and I have now deleted it in frustration because it is just too far behind /sigh
Think I'll just have to drop mobile until something improves. Spend less time on the forum can only be good for my life & productivity anyway:p
