Updates without internet

Im a huge noob to linux and sorry if this has been posted(cldnt find another 1) but is it possible to dl the updates and then install them?what i mean is my pc with ubuntu doesnt have an internet connection so I cannot do updates. I have searched everywhere but couldn't find anything...PLEASE help!!

Yes it is possible, but then you have to specify what you need and want, like security updates only, otherwise how are you going to know what to download?

like for example i want to get the restricted updates ie to play mp3 and so on.
