So how does one upgrade a Cell-C contract.
They no longer have any stores one can walk into and get it done. Their 084 143 number - upgrade number [ 1 ], is not functional. Optionally how does cancel the service, and move to Vodacom or MTN.
My Wife likes Cell-C for some reason I never could understand. But I am not prepared to break my balls with another Telkom type organization, that you cannot find someone helpful to talk to.
