Upgrading backhaul...

Hi, I am a small WISP and i am running ubnt RocketAC Prism units on my backhaul.
I want to upgrade and is stuck now between 3 choices that fits my pocket.
I have no experience with them:
1. Mimosa B5c
2. Ligowave rapidfire
3. Cambium PTP 550

I currently get about 80meg and need to upgrade it to 200meg.
The first link is 20km and second one is 40km.
My question is: What radio will give me best quality link, best speed and lowest latency?
Maybe therse is someone out there whom have done testing on these units and can give me an answer as a result of hands on experience?

200meg on 5ghz is going to be difficult unless you are outside of a big towns and have spectrum.

Otherwise you need to look at a licensed link 11, 15, 18ghz or unlicensed 17ghz only problem is uptime during weather at such distances.

Those frequencies I think will be a bit too high for the distance?
Radwin seems like a very good option, but they are a bit pricey...

We have 2X Radwin 2000 C's (Integrated) they were up for three months. If your interested - will give you a good deal. PM if you want more info.
 
For those distances, RocketAC Prism in a rural area, Radwin 2000C in an urban area.
 
Will the Radwin give me 200meg speed with the intergated antenna over a 20km link?
Is the integrated antenna not limited to a short distance?
 
Would the AirFibre5X not suit your needs? After reading many reviews, people rave about it. I personally have never seen a pair in action though.
 
Would you rate the airfibre to be better than Mimosa or Ligowave?
Is there something in the technology that would make it better?
Cost seems to be about the same, no big diffrence...
