How long does it take to upgrade from Do1 to Do2?

Is they a charge and how much extra must I pay?

Where must I upgrade it? telkom branch or via phone

How will the usage be effected?

What happens to the Do1 package? Will I pay aside for the current month?

I called them but they say something like R114 or R140 for a 2gig.
New username and password.
