Didnt see any which pertained to the developing conversation , so which is it ?
Is Trump trying to deny Trans dentistry ? Healthcare ? or is he trying to stop everyone else paying for expensive drugs and cosmetic surgery ?
Because i can support not giving them the expensive drugs or cosmetic surgery , especially since they dont do anything to fix the suicide rate.

Arguing from ignorance is pretty sad, Jabs. I'm not sure why you even bother to involve yourself when you have no clear idea of what you are talking about. For example you profess to not know about the Supreme Court ruling, something that was huge news for several reasons, not least of all which was that it was hugely embarrassing to your orange hero.

So you either pretend not to know about it or you are profoundly ignorant on the subject of US politics, neither of which puts you in a very good place when you are commenting on US politics.

i. never. professed. ignorance. of. any. issue. , simply. want. them. to. show. which. part. of. healthcare. Trump. is. trying. to. take. away. from. trans. people.......get it ?

Edit - all of this is just a show for easily misled people , real politicians would try fund studies on why trans are suiciding at huge rates , not window dress job protection............which was already there.

I believe even OANN and Fox have some accurate details. You can do it, Jabs! Find out some facts and theories, and come up with some ideas (preferably, of course, your own ideas) and bring them back to this thread. I have faith in you. I do.

HHS will enforce Section 1557 by returning to the government's interpretation of sex discrimination according to the plain meaning of the word 'sex' as male or female and as determined by biology."
So they are going back to the correct scientific method ?

See my problem is they dont exactly say what is being "removed" , for all we know it could be HRT drugs and cosmetic surgery , which would be fine.

Yes and by that definition a doctor can turn an lgbti person away from receiving basic care (like a coronavirus test or a broken bone), purely because he is offended. They can use that interpretation and apply it at will.

That is the crux of the matter and what people are highlighting is the problem here.

Clearly turning them away for legitimate healthcare is wrong , i also do not support forcing doctors to treat people but thats a different issue and can settled in other means.
If its basic healthcare thats being removed then thats wrong , if its cosmetic operations/drugs that should be ok with everyone.

How long will it take before we have LGBTQP folk complaining that doctors only respect two genders and mounting smear campaigns..........oh wait that happens already im sure.
