Are property rights human rights if they only apply to certain people?
They took the property from Jewish people and gave it to German people. They upheld the property rights of Germans. This links back to what I said to Rietrot. They were the antitheses to Socialism.

Hitler was very clear on his belief that property rights must be maintained as he fet that the abolishment of private property was what the Marxists do. And he hated Marxists.

Executive summary of The Role of Private Property in the Nazi Economy: The Case of Industry

Private property in the industry of the Third Reich is often considered a mere nominal provision without much substance. However, that is not correct, because firms, despite the rationing and licensing activities of the state, still had ample scope to devise their own production and investment profiles. Even regarding war-related projects, freedom of contract was generally respected; instead of using power, the state offered firms a number of contract options to choose from. There were several motives behind this attitude of the regime, among them the conviction that private property provided important incentives for increasing efficiency.

They fully controlled the means of production to implement their racial nationalism.

The part that you don't like about this, is that businesses won't generally discriminate against people. They only do it when the government compels them to. That compulsion/force is socialism.
No they had a mixed economy, somewhat socialist, somewhat capitalist. They drove certain industries that could support the war machine to produce for the state. Even with that demand, the companies still had relative independence and freedom. Work was tendered on and contractual terms were negotiated. Auschwitz and other camps were built on a tender.

Other industries had freedom to conduct their business in a normal market economy.

You mad?

So Jewish Germans weren't German? That logic does not compute. That is like saying South Africans of European decent are not real South Africans. You going down a dangerous road.

Nazis were FASCISTS, why the heck do you even need to argue about this.
Amazing how one entry in a reasonably long list can so trigger people. Anyway, fascism and socialism aren't mutually exclusive.

Edit: In The Concise Encyclopedia of Economics, Sheldon Richman succinctly states: “As an economic system, fascism is socialism with a capitalist veneer.”

He could spin EWC as an exercise in protecting property rights.

They were of course. But Hitler excluded them as German people. Nuremberg Race laws of 1938.

Well if you are going to pretend to be factual, at least be factual.

This article brought a smile to my face:

https://people.com/celebrity/donald-trump-attends-daughter-tiffanys-upenn-graduation/

It's from 2016, so a bit off topic, but I think it's good that Trump made time in his busy schedule to attend Tiffany's graduation, and that Tiffany seems to get along well with her half-siblings and stepmother.

Wait, you are being nice to Trump and posting a pro-Trump article... who the heck are you, and what have you done with lumeer?!

Simply wishing facts away doesn't change them from being facts. You can stick your head in the sand as much as you want, but all the names on that list are self proclaimed socialist states. Some, like the Nazis, were many other things too. My point is that Bernie labelling himself a socialist puts him in the same WhatsApp group as that list. If he differs greatly from them, them perhaps calling himself socialist isn't the best move.
