And setting up perjury traps is not a "miscarriage of justice"?

No, I don't expect you to agree at all. Your tears however make me smile.
Perjury trap that he personally discounted to a judge in a court of law, when explicitly asked if he felt he was entrapped?

So anyone can shoot you dead and claim that they saw you housebreaking and say you went for their gun?

Is that how the rule of law works?
Luckily not. That's also not what happened. But keep on defending criminal just because they are black.

There was no perjury trap, he was simply not warned that lying was illegal. Do you need to be told that if you lie when questioned it’s going to be a problem?

And as I said he later confessed to lying under oath. Your perjury trap is a joke

That's a load of assumptions based on nothing , these guys say he was doing criminal things , if he didn't attempt a felony he may be with us to explain , I'll wait for the CCTV and doorbell footage though.
Don't do crime , it doesn't always pay.

They didn’t say he was doing criminal things. They said he resembled a suspect in some local break-ins. Absolutely NOT probable cause

They could do such but it would be hugely better for their story if they had video evidence of a guy trying to steal a weapon , yes you are allowed to use deadly force in the instance of being attacked.
Lol the video even makes it clear he was an aggressor.

Granting clemency to someone who pled guilty twice just because he’s buddies with the POTUS? If that isn’t a miscarriage of justice i don’t know what is
Think back on the history of your posts in tds threads... now, are you really 100% sure you want to play the 'mah he plead guilty, how dare he now get off' card? Really? Like 100% this is your angle?

So you are saying identikits and lineups are useless ?
You better let law enforcement know about your breakthrough.
Trespassing , attempts getaway , attempts felony ,dies (and possibly shot himself trying the felony)

Housebreaking in the area , two guys apparently saw him engaged in a crime , tried to affect citizens arrest, suspected criminal attempts felony ,
They saw him running down the street and assumed he was a guilty..... No legitimate source says they saw him in the act of committing a crime...

Do they have a video of him breaking into a house, giving them probable cause to chase him down with guns?

Trespassing on a construction site in area is what's coming out.
Remember , the media also obscured fact during saint treytrey case .
Let's see how it progresses.

Not unless they have cameras in their eyes , they say they saw it and the guy died trying to commit a felony ,guess it's not even he said she said , it's more like he said attempted felon dead.

The only consistency you will get from this thread is political hackery.

Also, let's remember that this entire Russiagate madness is based on NOTHING. And there is zero evidence of any collusion. If you think that the entire thing was based on a discussion in a bar that could not be verified by anyone, and based on a dossier funded by opposition money, you just realize how deeply ideological these people are. But let's throw an old man in jail after caving to threats on his family and setting up a perjury trap.

Yes, usual hypocrisy by tds collective... and now giving you a second out here... are you sure, given your post history in tds threads, you want to play the 'but he plead guilty' card?
We can drop it here, move on to whatever trump tweets next... up to you
